The Guardian Medium Duty Commercial Trolley Operator is designed for use on commercial sectional doors with standard lift track up to 14’ that will operate no more than 20 cycles/hour.
The trolley operator features a programable logic board with an LCD display for easy programming of monitored or non-monitored entrapment devices. Momentary or constant pressure control and timer-to-close are programable on the logic board. Diagnostics and cycle count can also be viewed. On-board open/close/stop buttons make the testing during installation simple. A Guardian radio receiver programable to standard or OCS remotes is on-board, plus exterior connection terminals facilitate the use of standard 3-wire radio control systems.
The 1/2HP operator is only available for use with 120V/60Hz and single-phase input power.
The MDT-50-11 is available with or without a solenoid actuated mechanical disc band brake system. All chain drive reductions use #48 chain.
Included with all operators are a 3-button open/stop/close station and monitored photo-eyes. The powerhead is interchangeable with most existing double L-rail systems. Finger protection safety guards covering external rotating drive components are optional.
