Guardian Access & Door Hardware is glad to announce the promotion of Erick Flores to the Jr. Operations Specialist role.
Erick joined Guardian in late 2022 as the Operations Assistant, which provided him with foundational training in door operations and technical service. This role required him to learn about the Guardian operations process, from performing hands-on work with products to learning about our wide array of customers & distributors around the country. His experiences have proven his readiness to take on more responsibilities within the company.
In the Jr. Operations Specialist role, Erick will oversee the entire order process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. He will be communicating directly with customers and sales representatives, acting as the point of contact for the entire order process. We at Guardian are very excited for this shift, as Erick has shown his integrity and value to our family throughout the years.
